Ideally you should refer yourself for antenatal care when you are 6 to 7 weeks pregnant. Sometimes you only find out you are pregnant after this time, so please refer yourself as soon as you can.

MSK physiotherapy is open to all Isle of Man residents with a registered GP.
They help with a range of short and long term problems including back and neck pain, sciatica, soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains, joint and muscular pain.
Their experienced Chartered Physiotherapists provide a wide range of treatments including advice, support and individual rehabilitation/exercise plans for people with MSK conditions. We ensure that you receive the most effective evidence-based treatments for your problem.
They also aim to help people manage their problem longer term and have links with the local leisure centres for patients to continue their rehabilitation following discharge from our service.

Previously known as the GUM Clinic and Family Planning Clinic, they are now called Manx Integrated Sexual Health Centre ('MISH'). Their team of friendly Doctors and Nurses provide a free, confidential and non-judgemental service that offers Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening and contraception services. You can refer yourself to the clinic - you do not need to be referred by a Doctor.
